They have been contracted to help design a square that connects people and place through landscape.

Their specialists have been contacted to deliver insight, innovation and advice to create a great square at St David's.
Chapman Tayor
Chapman Taylor is a global practice of award-winning architects, masterplanners and interior designers, known for designing places and buildings that are both creative and successful.
Specialising in Residential, Retail, Leisure, Transportation, Hospitality and Workplace design, they have been contracted for their ability to blend these uses into vibrant mixed-use environments for people to enjoy.
Grasshopper Communications
Grasshopper Communications is a PR and communications agency with a creative edge and commitment to engaging communities. They aim to deliver positive change to the world around us.
Grasshopper has been contracted by Landsec to conduct creative community engagement through surveys, co-design events and workshops to explore and understand what the local community would like to see of a new square at St Davids.

Deryn
Deryn brings together senior level, cross party experience in campaigning, government relations and politics in Wales. They help engage with communities, civic society and decision-makers at every level.
Deryn has been contracted by Landsec to conduct engagement with key politicians and decision makers at a national and local level.
Social Value Portal
Social Value Portal helps to develop the most effective Social Value programme for organisations amd projects and to maximise the value created.
They have been brought in to analyse the the local needs for Cardiff to ensure they are met by the New Square at St David's.
2-3 Degrees
At 2-3 Degrees we support property companies, architects, and communications teams to REACH, LISTEN AND COLLABORATE with young people (local to the area) when designing or consulting on the development of a new site.
This programme will enable all partners to inspire, motivate and positively influence young people’s education and employment prospects.
Commonplace
Commonplace connects you to the people who create the places where you live, work and play. A platform to speak and be heard by developers, councils, and public bodies to initiate better decisions and places for all.
